Crocodilian Coprolite

Crocodile fossils are common in the geologic formation in which this was found. Because of its shape and lack of inclusions, it is likely that was the reptile that sculpted this coprolite. Even a pinch mark left by the animal's anal sphincter is preserved in this fossilized poop segment.
